In order to achieve this our school's behaviour policy sets out the way in which all members of the school can live and work together in a safe, happy and secure environment. While we do have a number of rules, the main aim of the Behaviour and Discipline Policy is about promoting good relationships. These positive relationships allow our community to work together with the shared purpose of helping everyone to learn.
We share the same expectation that all of our learners can become positive, responsible and increasingly independent members of the school community. The school rewards good behaviour, as it believes that this will develop an ethos of kindness and co-operation.
