The Lion Academy Trust is delighted to announce that Miranda Leung has accepted the post of

Interim Chair of the Trust following the resignation of Graham Moss from this post.

Miranda is a solicitor and former partner of Slaughter and May and joined the Lion Academy

Trust in December 2015. She takes the role of Chair with immediate effect.

Graham Moss elected to resign to focus his experience and passion for education in supporting a

newly formed multi-academy trust in Waltham Forest.

Justin James, CEO of the Lion Academy Trust said “I am delighted the Board have elected to make

Miranda the interim Chair of the Lion Academy Trust. I very much look forward to working with

her and continuing the successful journey the Trust is undertaking – ably supported and driven by

our Board.

years as the Chair of the Trust and welcomed his steadfast belief in making a positive difference
